Job Description
Lead, Productivity Portfolio
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Productivity Portfolio across Kraft Heinz North America business. As a key member of the R&D team with strong ties to Procurement, you will drive the productivity pipeline and its delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and develop processes and routines to capture cost reduction opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, and Operations, you will achieve project plans and business objectives. You will also manage two direct reports focusing on Supplier and External Manufacturing network productivity opportunities and will need to grow the team’s competencies in support of business needs and their career aspirations. You will also partner with R&D stakeholders to contribute to the R&D Transformation agenda, leveraging commercialization and management expertise to continuously improve R&D.
This candidate should have experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and bringing cross-functional teams together to execute project plans. This entails understanding the business need, defining the project scope, analyzing data, and communicating outcomes while managing competing cross–functional priorities across a multi-category portfolio. Strong communication, organizational agility, and collaboration are critical for success in this position. The preferred candidate should have experience in leading either operations, procurement, or R&D projects.
Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of savings projects within Kraft Heinz North American Zone, ensuring timely and full delivery

Identify and remove barriers that inhibit project progress

Contribute to the development of annual operating plans with Procurement, Finance, and R&D functions

Assess financial performance on an ongoing basis and build, update, and review financial models

Evaluate and communicate risk, both in terms of financial performance and technical probability

Regularly present business plans to cross-functional leadership

Manage key stakeholders from Procurement, R&D, Operations, and Finance

Lead and develop a team of Senior Analysts

Support R&D Transformation agenda for continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Direct Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Food Science, Product R&D, or Packaging R&D

Strong project management, commercialization, and change management skills
-
Good understanding of Product and Packaging performance in the food or beverage industry preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and forge collaborative business relationships

Able to negotiate and influence business decisions and change through formal and informal channels

Able to define problems, model and analyze data, and translate solutions to action

Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, PowerBI, ServiceNow, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 – $171,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
