Liderar as frentes de remuneração, folha de pagamento e benefícios no Brasil, garantindo a excelência na execução de processos, conformidade legal e competitividade de mercado. Atuar de forma estratégica com foco em eficiência, experiência do colaborador e alinhamento com diretrizes globais da Kraft Heinz.

Principais atividades

Remuneração:

  • Desenvolver, implementar e revisar políticas de remuneração fixa e variável alinhadas à estratégia da companhia e práticas globais;
  • Conduzir ciclos de mérito (revisão salarial, bônus anual, LTI) com foco em equidade e performance;
  • Apoiar processos de job grading, estrutura salarial e mapeamento de carreiras em colaboração com RH corporativo;
  • Realizar análises de competitividade salarial com base em benchmarks de mercado e relatórios de consultorias (ex: Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).

Folha de Pagamento:

  • Supervisionar o processamento mensal da folha de pagamento em parceria com fornecedores externos, assegurando compliance com legislações trabalhistas, fiscais e políticas internas;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas (incluindo SOX), garantindo acuracidade e controle dos processos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria contínua, com foco em eficiência operacional e mitigação de riscos;
  • Negociação Sindical.

Benefícios:

  • Gerir os programas de benefícios corporativos (saúde, alimentação, transporte, previdência privada, entre outros), buscando sempre inovação, custo-efetividade e valorização pelo colaborador;
  • Conduzir negociações com operadoras e fornecedores, promovendo análises de performance e ROI dos contratos;
  • Desenvolver comunicações claras e estratégias de engajamento para aumentar a percepção de valor dos benefícios.

Liderança e Interface Global:

  • Atuar como ponto focal para demandas regionais e globais de Total Rewards, assegurando alinhamento com diretrizes da matriz e compliance local;
  • Apoiar processos de integração, reestruturação e mobilidade internacional quando necessário.

Requisitos

Formação:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas, Finanças ou afins (desejável).

Experiência:

  • Vivência consolidada em empresas multinacionais ou de grande porte, preferencialmente do setor industrial ou de bens de consumo;
  • Experiência comprovada em liderar times e projetos de transformação na área de Total Rewards.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:     

  • Certificação em metodologias de avaliação de cargos (Hay, Mercer, etc.) é um diferencial;
  • Ingles avançado.

Competências Comportamentais

  • Liderança colaborativa e foco em resultados;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Agilidade e adaptabilidade para lidar com ambientes dinâmicos e multiculturais;
  • Comunicação clara e influência em diferentes níveis organizacionais;
  • Modelo de trabalho hibrido 3×2 no escritório em São Paulo.
