About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Maintenance Supervisor to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Maintenance Supervisor lies within the Maintenance & Utilities team and is based in our Susurluk Plant. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Maintenance & Utilities Manager. Managing and developing the maintenance team to support supply chain organization, backed by global resources and learnings will be your primary responsibility.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience:
- You define the maintenance strategy. Plan for preventive, predictive and corrective actions
- You identify root causes and drivers of machine related down time and take actions to improve the process
- You understand the importance of the capital projects and support them as a natural stakeholder
- You are familiar with the budget management, reporting monthly
- You work with the regional teams to use the KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) to improve the level of excellence in maintenance
- You understand the importance of the sustainability and support the plant to achieve net zero carbon target
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Preferably min 3 years maintenance experience
- SAP/ERP maintenance modules knowledge
- A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
- Good communication and networking skills
- Result oriented, problem solver
