The Position
An Agile Intern will help to drive our agile transformation within global Kraft Heinz Organization. This role will help to support the Global Agile@Scale program while fostering cross-functional collaboration, enhancing productivity and developing Agile capabilities across teams in different functions.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in building Agile@Scale portfolio visibility of A@S portfolio’s health and analyze portfolio metrics.

Assist to prepare and distribute comprehensive reports on global program progress and performance metrics.

Document global Agile processes, best practices, and lessons learned.

Collect and analyze feedback from global teams to identify areas for improvement and standardization.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.

Help coordination of Training roadmaps to upskill Agile@KH Teams and KH collaborators.

Attending and supporting global Agile training sessions and workshops.

Help coordination of the Agile Learning Journey, including Global Playbook updates.

Use Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps to track and manage tasks across different initiatives.

Help to consolidate budget tracking for the Agile Transformation organization.

Help to coordinate the communication Agenda for Agile@Scale.
Qualifications:
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with preference in the following disciplines: Engineering, International Management, Business Administration, Marketing.

Basic understanding of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Trello) is a plus.

Problem-solving capability .

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multi-disciplinary, international and fast-paced environment.

English proficient (written, speaking, reading). Additional languages are a plus.

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total
What we offer you
Program start date: August 2025
Duration: 6 – 6.5 months (for 40 hrs a week)
Location: Amsterdam.
Please note that you do need to relocate to the Netherlands for the internship (if not already there).
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days), a company provided laptop, full reimbursement of travel expenses to the office, as well as reimbursement to improve your work from home environment.

Hybrid Policy:
