About the Role
Job Description
- Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted contribution margin & sales at Modern Trade and Away From Home channel in Indonesia. To own the budget, make sure that all activities run within the budget and business is profitable.
- Grow Kraft Heinz Share of Market within core categories through in-store availability, visibility, activations, and strong route to market routines for Modern Trade and Away From Home channel in Indonesia.
- Accountable of sales forecasts and customer service level synchronization within scope.
- Develop Key Account strategies and Route to Market in order to support Modern Trade and Away From Home growth with agreed objectives and executions (commercial agreement, in-store promotions, point of sales materials, and product availability and visibility).
- Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for Modern Trade and Away From Home Channel in Indonesia. Implement strict control of agreed planning between HAI and customers through cycle planning process, apply sales forecasting and service level for respective accounts/ area.
- Inspire, develop, manage and lead team. Review and drive team performance, coach and develop future career planning.
