About the Role
Job Description
As a GBS Analyst – Materials, you will be a key member of the Global Business Services (GBS) team, supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes related to materials and supply chain costs. Your role will involve deep financial analysis, insights generation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across the business units within Kraft Heinz.
Key Responsibilities
• Material Cost Analysis: Evaluate material cost variances, price trends, and usage patterns to identify key drivers and opportunities for cost improvement.
• Financial Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders in Procurement, Operations, and Finance.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with teams across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support decision-making and strategic initiatives related to material spend.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts related to direct and indirect material costs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Cost Control & Compliance: Monitor adherence to financial controls, corporate policies, and compliance requirements for material-related expenditures.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting and data management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or cost control, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
