Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Capabilities to play a critical role in driving the future of marketing competency and capability across our +$22B North American business.
Reporting to the Director, Creative Effectiveness & Capabilities, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and embedding key marketing capabilities across the North America Zone, aligning with our 10 Year Strategy, Brand Growth System and Global Marketing Competencies Framework. You will design and implement tools, processes, and learning programs – partnering closely with our Global Marketing, Capabilities, and Learning teams – to elevate marketing best practices, embed 360 marketing mindset and capabilities, and foster a culture of full-funnel marketing excellence.
This role requires collaboration with various across a broad set of stakeholders, including brand teams, insights, innovation, media, external agencies, and other cross-functional partners. Your work will strengthen core marketing capabilities, drive brand growth and fuel business success.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Global Strategy for Local Impact

Partner with Director of Creative Effectiveness & Capabilities to align global marketing capability initiatives with North America priorities, and ensure programs are practical, relevant and actionable for NA marketers.

Serve as a connector between global teams (e.g. Global Marketing Excellence, Global Learning & Development) and North America Zone, to adapt tools, programs and frameworks for local needs.

When existing solutions don’t meet North America Zone needs, help lead the development of new capabilities that can serve as models for broader use.
Capability Planning & Strategic Prioritization

Lead the development of a phased capability roadmap for the North America Zone, grounded in team needs, business priorities, and strategic goals.

Recommend and sequence capability-building initiatives based on urgency, impact, and the availability (or absence) of existing resources.

Ensure the roadmap reflects both near-term opportunities and long-term capability ambitions, and is continuously informed by feedback from marketing leaders and cross-functional partners.
Program Coordination & Learning Activation

Partner with subject matter experts to deliver training programs, playbooks, and enablement tools that bring the capability roadmap to life.

Coordinate rollout efforts across teams – organizing workshops, onboarding experiences, and in-the-flow-of-work activations that build confidence and consistency.

Support the implementation of and ongoing adoption of key enterprise initiatives, such as ACE (Accelerating Creative Effectiveness), tailoring tools and training for NA teams, and embedding them into broader brand-building routines.

Support the development of net-new resources when critical gaps are identified, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable.
Continuous Improvement & KPI Alignment

Define and track success metrics for capability adoption and effectiveness in partnership with the Director and global teams.

Monitor engagement, usage, and feedback to guide refinements and enhancements over time.

Help ensure capability programs evolve with changing business needs and reflect both internal input and external best practices.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
