About the Role
Job Description
1. Scientific affairs management
- Establish and execute China FSQ Science & Technology strategy to meet business needs.
- Lead food safety risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and technical solutions for NPD/innovation projects.
- Ensure 100% compliance with ISM/IPM standards, including thermal process validation, equipment calibration, and regulatory adherence.
- Lead Quality data middle platform development. Responsible for FSQ data integration and analytics, translate into daily guideline and solutions.
- Responsible to compliance and lead digital transformation in China with global strategy
- Responsible for leading research collaboration with key stakeholders, like Universities, institutions and association etc.
2. Food safety (esp. microbiology) management
- Responsible for Applied/ operational food safety strategy and operation guide.
- Responsible for food safety (esp. microbiology) & quality research management.
- Responsible for management of thermal processing, microbiological controls, and laboratory operations.
3. Risk Management in Operations:
- Conduct food safety evaluations via PLM STAR and manage microbial risk mitigation for internal/external factories.
- Monitor compliance with FSQ systems and implement corrective actions.
4. Laboratory Excellence:
- Oversee laboratory performance, structure, and capability development.
- Ensure personnel qualifications, process standardization, and alignment with GLP requirements.
- Change Control & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead change control reviews, track outcomes, and resolve technical complaints.
- Provide technical training and support to stakeholders.
