About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering our HR agenda and driving strategic and operational goals. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:

HR Budget Monitoring: The HR Business Partner is tasked with monitoring the HR budget, which encompasses all people-related expenses, including training and facilities. This requires ensuring that spending aligns with the overall company strategy and making adjustments as necessary.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential. The HR Business Partner guides and challenges managers on HR-related matters, providing support and acting as a point of contact for employees with people-related queries.

People Initiatives and Projects: The role requires taking the initiative on various people initiatives and projects, such as promotions, merit reviews, organizational changes and performance appraisals.

Employee Engagement: The HR Business Partner is responsible for forming action plans based on employee engagement survey results. This includes analyzing feedback and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Employee Relations Management: The role includes addressing employee relations issues, such as absence management.

Data Management and Analytics: The HR Business Partner handles data and analytical requests from line management and the management team.

Performance Management: Leading the performance management process is a key responsibility. This involves facilitating performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and working with managers to implement development plans.

Deputy HR Lead: Acting as the deputy HR lead for the Elst site, the HR Business Partner supports the HR lead in various initiatives and ensures continuity in HR operations.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

At least 1-2 years of experience as HR Business Partner

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English

A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for HR and business

Ability to simplify and communicate at all levels of the organization
