Join Our Team at Golden Circle as a Production Line Leader / Senior Operator!
We're seeking an experienced Senior Operator to join our food department at Golden Circle. As a Senior Operator, you'll play a key role in leading our production team and driving process improvements. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 9.5 hour shift schedule, working any four days a week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example as a process expert on the production line, providing guidance on product, equipment, and best practices

Supervise and mentor 3PL staff as required, and provide support to operators in areas such as fault finding, defect analysis, and line set-up

Train new operators on department procedures and best practices, and assist with writing and updating SOPs

Collaborate with the CI Lead, Operators, Shift Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Owners to identify and implement process improvements

Own the validation of process control, CCPs, and critical Safety and FSQ equipment, ensuring up-to-date validation and calibration

Act as a deputy for Process Owner/Area Leads when required, and assist with NPD trials and special projects
About you:

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing

Experience leading a team

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Basic computer literacy with a willingness to improve computer skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Basic to intermediate MS Office skills, with a forklift ticket desirable
