About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Procurement Finance to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Procurement Finance Lead lies within the European business unit, Western Europe. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting on the Senior Director Central Finance EPDM. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Owner of the financials (actuals & forecast) for Western Europe Procurement. End-to-end ownership from the routines to the accuracy & analysis of the financials.
- Partner with the Head of Procurement and her team on the financials and the sourcing strategy of the European business.
- Lead the Annual Budget Process and 3-10Y Strategic Plan for West Procurement. This involves stakeholders from Risk Management and Procurement to Commercial business units.
- Drive Payables performance with the Procurement team by ensuring accurate reporting of WAPT (Weighted Average Payment Term) and drive payment terms extensions plans.
- Responsible for Enablement team, in charge of (1) maintaining SAP system with correct contract prices, (2) lead contract coverage reporting with Procurement team and (3) price variances resolution to reduce blocked invoices.
- Drive improvements in terms of capabilities (e.g., Cost Models, Project Ace) and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and visibility of key portfolios to Commercial BUs.
- Manage a team of 9 FTEs and one dotted line report in the Accounting team (Procurement West Controller).
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Educational Background: Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain & related subjects.
- 8 + years of relevant work experience
- Industry Experience: FMCG prefferably
- Languages: English
- IT Skills & Knowledge: Tableau or Power BI / Core accounting principles and SAP
