We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the performance of our Australia and New Zealand Ready Meals portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the commercial profit and loss statement for your cluster, owning the business cases for New Products, and providing analysis and insights to support business decision-making and drive performance. You will also contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan and collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and plan for the future.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Own the short to mid term P&L for your portfolio driving growth through deep analysis, key insights and driving collaborative action through the business.

Analyse cluster performance each month once results are posted and be the expert in the drivers and trends within your categories

Conduct deep dives into risk/opportunity areas within your portfolio and recommending and driving key actions to resolve.

Owning the Business Case for New Products to evolve the portfolio in alignment with our Strategy

Drive a high performance culture as part of the Commercial Finance Leadership Team and key finance support in NZ.
About you:
-
Passionate and driven about problem solving and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to assess data and arrive at root cause, with ability to succinctly explain key drivers to senior audience
-
Proven work experience that complements financial training, with experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FCMG) industry
-
Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related discipline (desirable)
-
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Systems knowledge: Tableau, PowerBI, Demantra, IRi tools (i.e. Temple, UNIFY), Quantium an added bonus
-
Eligibility to work in New Zealand – with full working rights.
