Objetivo:

Como gerente de Go-to-Market & Sales Excellence na Kraft Heinz Brasil, você será responsável por conduzir iniciativas estratégicas que melhorem nossa execução comercial, eficiência operacional e planejamento de canais. Essa função desempenha um papel fundamental na concepção de estratégias de go-to-market, liderando programas de excelência em todo o campo, gerenciando a infraestrutura de operações de vendas e apoiando o Planejamento Integrado de Negócios (IBP) por meio da consolidação de estratégias de canal.

Você colaborará de forma multifuncional com as equipes de Vendas, Trade Marketing e Cadeia de Suprimentos para garantir a disciplina de execução, melhorar a distribuição numérica e ponderada e elevar a produtividade da linha de frente. Esse cargo exige pensamento analítico sólido, execução estruturada e uma abordagem de liderança prática.

Responsabilidades:

1. Liderar o projeto de estratégia de entrada no mercado: 
Otimizar os modelos de cobertura e identificar oportunidades de distribuição para aumentar a disponibilidade numérica e reduzir as ineficiências.
2. Implementar programas de excelência em vendas:
Implantar os melhores programas de execução da categoria e os padrões da Perfect Store para elevar o desempenho em nível de loja.
3. Apoiar o processo de IBP: Consolidar os planos comerciais por canal e garantir o alinhamento com as prioridades comerciais e as previsões de volume
4. Aumentar a produtividade do Salesforce: Identificar os facilitadores de desempenho (ferramentas, treinamento, simplificação de processos) em parceria com as vendas comerciais e de campo.
5. Impulsionar a governança e a cadência comercial:
Garantir rotinas de desempenho estruturadas, visibilidade de KPI e execução consistente em todas as regiões.
6. Supervisionar operações de vendas e facilitadores:
Gerenciar a frota de vendas, as plataformas de CRM e as ferramentas portáteis para melhorar a execução em campo e o custo operacional.

Requisitos:

– Graduação Completa ( Administração, Economia, Marketing, Economia e cursos relacionados)
– MBA (Diferencial)
– Inglês avançado
– Proficiência em Excel e Power Point
– Domínio de Tableau (BI e Dashboards), linguagem de programação.
– Gestão financeira
– Análise de mercado da Nielsen para identificar oportunidades
– Gerenciamento de projetos
– Experiência anterior em trade marketing e vendas, inteligência comercial e/ou estratégia de canal e/ou planejamento de demanda e/ou análise.
