Are you ready to make a real impact and drive meaningful change? At Kraft Heinz, we’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Based in Northgate, Queensland, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and innovation within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Developing and maintaining productivity decks to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, reducing manufacturing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.

Training and supporting plant personnel in Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Ensuring adherence to system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list to achieve targeted results.

Leading the progression of the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) using TRACC as a key tool for driving process improvements.

Creating and maintaining performance visuals and KPIs to monitor and enhance operational success.

Conducting waste analysis across all production lines to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Coordinating 5S initiatives plant-wide to improve workplace organization and safety.

Developing and managing the department’s operating budget to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.

Managing and evaluating the Continuous Improvement staff, including performance management, employee development, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Partnering with key stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence across the plant.
About you:

Proven and strong experience in manufacturing operations, including leading CI transformation projects
-
Proven ability to overcome challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget
-
Creative problem-solver with a focus on driving productivity and implementing innovative solutions
-
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively
-
Solid understanding of enterprise business principles and practices
-
Excellent presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills
-
Flexible and adaptable to changing work patterns, including overtime when required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
-
Black Belt Certification (preferred). Green Belt Certification (required)
