Job Description

OBJETIVO:
Buscamos um profissional com forte mentalidade de melhoria contínua, perfil colaborativo e orientado à solução de problemas, que será responsável por identificar e liderar oportunidades de otimização de custos alinhadas às nossas ambições e estratégias de negócio. Este papel exige proatividade, pensamento analítico e habilidade de conectar diferentes áreas para transformar ideias em resultados concretos e sustentáveis.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Liderar projetos de Engenharia de Valor (VE), atuando com foco em melhorias contínuas em materiais, embalagens, processos e especificações, sempre com visão estratégica e foco em eficiência;

  • Colaborar de forma multifuncional com os times de Compras, Inovação, P&D, Qualidade e Operações, assegurando alinhamento e engajamento em todas as etapas do projeto;

  • Atuar como ponto focal de VE nas agendas ágeis, garantindo a execução dos projetos com ritmo, clareza e foco nos resultados;

  • Monitorar o desempenho dos projetos, identificar riscos e remover obstáculos que possam comprometer o escopo, os prazos ou a geração de valor;

  • Conduzir workshops de ideação (VA Days, DTV, Inovação) com abordagem estruturada para levantar oportunidades alinhadas à estratégia do negócio;

  • Elaborar e atualizar relatórios de performance para os fóruns de governança (MPR, LE/Closing), garantindo visibilidade e acompanhamento dos resultados;

  • Realizar análises de pré-viabilidade com times multifuncionais para assegurar o alinhamento técnico e estratégico das iniciativas;

  • Garantir o uso e disseminação das melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo a criação e manutenção de dashboards de acompanhamento;

  • Assegurar a conformidade com políticas de Compras locais, regionais e globais em todas as iniciativas de VE;

  • Conectar-se com times regionais e globais, conduzindo benchmarks internos e compartilhando aprendizados e oportunidades replicáveis.
     

REQUISITOS:

  • Graduação em Engenharia, preferencialmente Engenharia de Alimentos;

  • Experiência prévia na indústria de alimentos, com atuação em projetos, P&D, Qualidade, Compras ou Assuntos Regulatórios;

  • Conhecimento de metodologias de Engenharia de Valor (Design to Value, Design to Cost);

  • Excel avançado;

  • Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial;

  • Familiaridade com metodologias de gestão de projetos (Agile, entre outras);

  • Vivência na liderança de projetos complexos de otimização de custos, com foco em resultado e sustentabilidade;

  • Inglês avançado.
