About the Role
Job Description
Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated Food service area, through the following actions :
1. Distributor management & development on the scope area, which includes distributor’s team coaching & management, stocks management and any other points for distributor development for achieving target & future growth .
2. Ensure execution of food service customer activities. Execute strict control of order taking, delivery and customer engagement.
3. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines. Key contributor in implementation of Route-To-Market initiatives. Lead daily execution with distributor/ internal team and support change management.
4.Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distribution management strategy: standardized practices, follow standard sales process, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, system and organization capability development. Be daily point of contact from Kraft Heinz to distributor(s) for Food service channels.
