Job Summary:
KraftHeinz is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to support and expand our Sales Data & Analytics capabilities for the Walmart business, driving improved decision-making for both KraftHeinz and the customer. This role will champion data literacy across multiple teams, facilitate training, and gather feedback for solution improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day reporting and coordinate sales analysis and presentation needs
- Serve as the data liaison for the Scintilla data sources, transitioning existing tools and dashboards and creating new resources to drive incremental results
- Provide guidance and direction on reporting needs, focus areas, and continuous improvement
- Communicate insights and learnings to internal and external stakeholders
- Review and optimize data communication needs and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with sales and growth managers to integrate qualitative data and provide holistic insights
- Identify opportunities for account teams and develop new ways to use attribution to drive value and speed of insights delivery
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze large data sets, apply data validation and synthesis methods, and provide key insights
- Commercial background and social skills to understand context and drive analytic solutions
- Familiarity with various data systems, including Snowflake and Alteryx
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferences:
- Ability to read and write SQL queries strongly preferred
- Understanding of BI Dashboard tools, preferably Power BI
- Previous experience in the CPG industry
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid office role with limited travel, working in an open workspace. The schedule is salaried and exempt, requiring flexibility to meet customer and internal expectations.

- Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
- Ability to operate a computer and view screens for the majority of the work schedule

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 – $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
