Job Description

Objetivo:

Contratação de um Gerente Sênior de Inteligência de Mercado e Transformação Digital, com forte perfil analítico, proativo e consultivo.

Seu papel será focal na estratégia da empresa, liderando projetos transformacionais estratégico que ditarão o crescimento da empresa.

Seus focos principais serão :

– Responsável por liderar e otimizar a análise de performance, proporcionando insights cruciais para a tomada de decisões estratégicas que impulsionem o crescimento e a eficiência operacional;

– Responsável pela construção de metas de projeção de vendas, com base no profundo entendimento da performance atual;

– Responsável pela elaboração e acompanhamento de metas para o time de vendas;

– Responsável pela criação e adoção de plataformas digitais que possibilitem visibilidade da performance da empresa nas mais diversas áreas, tomada de ações rápida, dinâmica e otimizada, transformação digital da empresa, posicionando-a para crescimento acelerado e sustentável.

Responsabilidades:

-Liderança dos time de Inteligência de Mercado e Transformação Digital;

-Assistência ao time de Inteligência Comercial na gestão de programas de excelência, construção do plano operacional anual, apuração de resultados e remuneração variável bem como sua aderência às estratégias da companhia; e governança de cadastros;

-Assistência ao time de Performance Analysis no desenvolvimento de relatórios de vendas e ferramentas de apoio à tomada de decisões estratégicas;

-Elaboração de análises de performance, identificação de oportunidades e elaboração de recomendações de ações que acelerem o crescimento da empresa;

-Implementação de ferramentas tecnológicas que coloquem a companhia num novo patamar em respeito à utilização de tecnologia, tornando processos mais eficientes e viabilizando melhor visibilidade e tomada de decisões.

Requisitos:

– Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Economia ou área relacionada;

Experiência mínima de 5 anos em inteligência comercial ou área relacionada

Conhecimento em ferramentas de inteligência de mercado, como Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc

– Conhecimento em tecnologias de informação e habilidades em aprender novas ferramentas;

– Inglês avançado.
