Job Description
The Sr Manager Agile Coach Digital Yield will support the development and implementation of digital solutions to drive yield improvement initiatives across 40 manufacturing factories in North America. This position will leverage data analytics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and digital twin simulations to identify opportunities to reduce yield losses and optimize manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing maintenance, continuous improvement teams, and IT to design and execute digital transformation projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and overall yield.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital process improvement projects throughout Operations, utilizing data analytics and digital tools to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Coach Trios and Plant employees how to connect E2E Financial Data with Process Parameters, Analytical Data and KHMS Tools to find solutions
- Leverage internal AI LLM to optimize Trios and Plants’ Teams’ time reviewing and summarizing dataset coming from Processing or Packaging Dashboards.
- Collaborate with other Digital Team members to combine knowledge and technical solutions to improve Yield, Reduce Faulty while maintaining food quality and safety
- Monitor and analyze Operations metrics using digital dashboards and data analytics tools, including KHAI to identify opportunities for yield improvement and optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to develop and implement digital solutions that optimize cost, quality, and delivery across the supply chain.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on the application of Lean Six Sigma principles, KHMS and digital tools to drive yield improvement and process optimization.
- Conduct ongoing training on digital tools and systems with all facilities to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
- Analyze total loss to perfection opportunity (for ingredients, finished and semi-finished goods) using digital data analytics tools, and develop strategies to address gaps and improve yield.
- Provide digital OEE tools to plants to generate future OEE pipeline and optimize production planning and scheduling
Recipe for Success:
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering (Preferably IE) or related field is required.
- 5+ years of industry experience in product or yield engineering, or process integration
- Basic SQL knowledge language preferred
- Possess a deep understanding of Manufacturing KPIs
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified is preferred
- Able to lead a team (matrix relationship) of Process Managers.
- Able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving; gathering and analyzing project data.
- Able to provide mentoring and coaching to seasoned leaders / professionals
- Ability to understand and align digital manufacturing initiatives with business objectives.
- Skill in navigating resistance, driving adoption, and ensuring successful implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment Role will travel 30% of the time. Additionally, this role requires 5 days/week.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
