About the Role

Job Description

Objetivo:

Liderar el análisis financiero comercial, impulsando la planeación, ejecución y evaluación de resultados del ciclo de ventas. Asegurar la correcta alineación entre las estrategias comerciales y los objetivos financieros, generando insights accionables para la toma de decisiones.

Actividades:

1. Planeación Financiera Comercial

Participar activamente en la construcción de estimaciones de ventas (forecast) en colaboración con equipos comerciales y de demanda. Generar insights financieros y comerciales para la elaboración de Joint Business Plans (JBP) con clientes clave. Asegurar la correcta visualización y disponibilidad de datos para el análisis de riesgos y oportunidades. Analizar variaciones vs. presupuesto y forecast, con enfoque en los principales KPIs del negocio.

2. Ejecución y Seguimiento Comercial

Alinear el plan promocional con el equipo de ventas, asegurando su viabilidad financiera y consistencia con los objetivos del negocio. Dar seguimiento a la ejecución en punto de venta, recopilando evidencia para la validación de inversiones comerciales. Coordinar con áreas periféricas (logística, trade marketing, customer service) para resolver incidencias que afecten el ciclo de venta. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos comerciales para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir fricciones operativas. Gestionar y dar soporte en la resolución de pain points que impacten la ejecución comercial.

3. Análisis de Resultados y Reporteo

  • Consolidar y mapear el desempeño comercial para múltiples stakeholders (ventas, finanzas, dirección general).
  • Analizar el comportamiento de sell-in y sell-out para detectar desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Ser responsable de la explicación integral de resultados mensuales, conectando drivers comerciales con impactos financieros

Competencias (experiences/ Education):

  • Educación superior completa en Administración de empresas, finanzas o similar.
  • ~2 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales o financieras
  • Orientación a CPG business
  • Pensamiento estratégico y orientación al negocio.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y enfoque en la resolución de problemas.
  • Comunicación efectiva con equipos multifuncionales y stakeholders de distintos niveles.
  • Proactividad y autonomía para liderar iniciativas.
  • Gestión del tiempo y priorización en entornos dinámicos.
  • Colaboración transversal y enfoque en resultados.

Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):

  • Dominio avanzado de ExcelPower BI y herramientas de análisis financiero.
  • Conocimiento de modelos de forecast, análisis de rentabilidad y performance comercial.
  • Manejo de ERP financieros (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Capacidad para construir dashboards y reportes automatizados.
  • Experiencia en análisis de sell-in / sell-out, promociones y condiciones comerciales.
  • Ingles Intermedio/Avanzado
