OBJETIVO:
Será responsável por impulsionar a execução de estratégias comerciais e de marca em todos os canais de vendas digitais, garantindo excelência em presença, promoção e conversão online. Essa função atua como a principal interface entre marketing, vendas e varejistas online, traduzindo os objetivos da marca em iniciativas centradas no consumidor que aumentam a visibilidade, o engajamento e o desempenho de vendas no ambiente digital. Por meio de planejamento e análises com base em dados, apoia o crescimento das marcas da Kraft Heinz no e-commerce, garantindo o alinhamento com as prioridades da empresa e as oportunidades para os clientes.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Execução da Estratégia de Canal Digital: traduzir estratégias de marca e vendas em planos online personalizados para cada cliente digital (marketplaces, B&C, comércio rápido). Alinhar e executar calendários comerciais, lançamentos e campanhas em colaboração com as equipes de Vendas e Marketing;

  • Visibilidade e Conversão: Garantir o melhor conteúdo, imagens e otimização de buscas do produto em todas as plataformas de varejo eletrônico. Implementar iniciativas de comércio digital (por exemplo, banners, ativações, amostras de produtos) para aumentar a visibilidade da marca e a conversão;

  • Planejamento de Promoção e Investimento: Analisar a mecânica promocional digital de acordo com o orçamento, o ROI e as diretrizes da marca. Monitorar preços competitivos e promoções para ajustar os planos de acordo;

  • Análise e Relatórios de Desempenho: Monitorar e analisar os principais indicadores de desempenho (por exemplo, vendas, participação de mercado, taxas de conversão, ROI de mídia). Gerar insights práticos para otimizar campanhas e investimentos futuros.

REQUISITOS:

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;

  • Experiência prévia em trade marketing e vendas, inteligência comercial e/ou estratégia de canais e/ou planejamento de demanda e/ou análise;

  • Necessário Inglês avançado;

  • Necessário conhecimento com Tableau (BI ou Dashboards), ou linguagem de programação;

  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel e PPT;
