About the Role

Job Description

The Procurement Indirect Specialist for Hispanics Countries will be responsible for leading the procurement of indirect goods and services across key categories, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal, within the Hispanic Countries region in Latin America. This role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures while driving cost efficiencies, optimizing processes, and securing the best conditions for the business.

The ideal candidate will have strategic and financial ownership of these categories, develop and implement procurement strategies, and foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support Kraft Heinz's business objectives in the region.

Lead the procurement process for indirect categories (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal) in the Hispanic Countries region.

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with Kraft Heinz's business objectives and regional goals

Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring high performance, compliance with company standards, and alignment with business needs.

Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across all categories.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and supplier innovation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, HR, Legal, and other departments to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Support all markets in the region to implement optimal footprint solutions, focusing on service levels and cost efficiency with strategic suppliers.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sourcing principles.

Manage business review meetings with strategical suppliers to evaluate the performance-economical topics and continuous improvement agenda.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in categories management.

Knowledge & Experience

+3 years of experience in Procurement, with a focus on indirect categories

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry or a multinational environment is highly preferred

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Intermediate English (part of the interview will be in English)

Advanced Excel

Knowledge of SAP Ariba system is a plus

Ability to operate and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines

Resilient and process oriented with strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships & influence key decision makers internally & externally, regionally and globally
