Senior Finance Manager, Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB)

Senior Finance Manager, ZBB at a Glance….
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager who is eager for a seat at the table when it comes to optimizing our investments and influencing decision-making. This person will spearhead the forecasting routines for our billion-dollar SG&A budget, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to Finance leadership on the outlook for our fixed costs. In addition, this Senior Manager will oversee two direct reports and play a key role in our annual planning process.
What’s on the menu?
- Oversee all ZBB spend across North America’s SG&A P&L line, in partnership with two direct reports, collaborating with functions including the business units, R&D, IT, Sales, HQ Marketing, and more.
- Maintain financial reporting cadence with key cross functional stakeholders, including actuals and forecasting, presenting monthly financial results to BU, Zone Finance, and Global ZBB Leadership
- Provide insights on investment and savings opportunities using cost drivers, benchmark analysis, and other KPIs to drive KHC business decisions
- Collaborate with business partners to establish the 5-year strategic plan and bottoms-up budget for the following year; analyze year-over-year spend and KHC initiatives to determine the best areas to invest
- Support Finance leadership on ad hoc ZBB requests

- BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required or Engineering degree with finance experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
- Investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, commercial finance experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP suites, Tableau, or Alteryx
- Excel mastery paired with analytical curiosity
- Confident communication – must have the ability to communicate within peer group and with senior leadership
- Independent learner with a sense of urgency and works well under pressure

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
