Position Summary:
The Finance Manager joins The Kraft Heinz Not Company (TKHNC) joint venture formed by Kraft Heinz and The Not Company to develop superior plant-based versions of co-branded products at a level of speed, taste, quality, and scale yet to be seen in the industry. NotCo brings its patented, first-of-its-kind technology and proven artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, while Kraft Heinz offers its iconic brand portfolio and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partners closely with the TKHNC CFO, General Manager, and cross-functional partners to build and maintain key financial reporting, planning and analysis tools, including identifying levers, goals, and actions to achieve short and long-term business performance KPIs
- Leads period-close and forecasting routines & rituals in relation to financial performance, validating drivers and influencing business decisions
- Develops, manages, influences and presents Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Board of Directors (BOD) materials, and corporate governance processes, not limited to defining calendars, and agendas
- Maintains category P&Ls across several key categories (e.g. Mac & Cheese, Cream Cheese, Mayo and Meat Alternatives), including unit P&Ls inputs, while accounting for and adjusting for evolving business changes
- Analyzes capital & cash performance, with a clear understanding of the nature of cash inflows/outflows- respective accruals
- Models financial impact of strategic leads/recommendations to turn clear financial insights into results
- Leverages financial insights to bring strategic scenario planning and modeling to help accelerate growth
- Takes ownership over ad hoc requests and analyses to drive financial performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in quantitative based field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering); MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant financial experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Strategy, Consulting, Entrepreneurial/Start-up or similar required
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Oracle (e.g., Single-Source of Truth (SST) Smartview, Tableau, FiT), and SAP suites (e.g., BOI, BI, BEX)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 – $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
