Owns D&E Trade Marketing Calendar

Responsable de Trade Marketing para Distributors and Exports (foco en República Dominicana, Jamaica, Clubs). Dueño del presupuesto para el desarrollo e implementación de planes y estrategias de trade marketing en los mercados trabajando directamente con distintos equipos y los socios comerciales, dando seguimiento y control a indicadores tanto internos como externos.

1. Owns D&E trade marketing yearly calendar

Desarrollo y ejecución de planes para retail y Foodservice en conjunto con equipos comerciales, operaciones y marketing para asegurar todos los indicadores y la correcta presencia de nuestras marcas en los puntos de venta.

Trabajar colaborativamente con distribuidores locales para una correcta ejecución de los planes y estrategias.

Control y seguimiento de KPIs de ejecucion como participación de góndola, presencia de producto y gestión de espacios adicionales en los puntos de venta.

2. Development and execution of Retail and Food Service Trade marketing plans

Responsable de la construcción del plan anual de actividades para retail y clubs con foco en crecer cobertura, mejorar velocity, gestión de espacios secundarios y desarrollo de alianzas comerciales tanto para el canal moderno como tradicional.

Responsable del desarrollo y ejecución de los incentivos a las fuerzas de ventas y el trade.

Gestión de control de PDV con staff de mercaderistas y desarrollo de Dashboards y reportes efectivos para la gestión de los canales (UTT & DTT) en República Dominicana, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica y Bahamas.

Responsable por la relación agencia de apoyo en punto de venta en República Dominicana, los programas de incentivos y rutinas necesarias.

3. Responsible for JBP plans

Responsable de la creación y seguimiento de los planes de negocio con los clientes siendo punto de contacto principal y directo con los distribuidores.

4. ZBB budget owner

Responsable del presupuesto de trade marketing para la región de D&E

5. DGMP owner

Responsable por la herramienta de auditoria para los paises de la region.

Responsable de dar seguimiento y cerrar gaps con los distribuidores de las metricas de DGMP para la region

Knowledge & Experience:

Bachillerato/ Título universitario en alguna carrera relacionada a Marketing o Comercial, Ingeniería relacionada a procesos, TradeMarketing en industrias similares

Mínimo 4 años de experiencia

Deseable: Especialización de algún tipo en Mercadeo / Trademarketing/ Administración y Experiencia en TradeMarketing en Industria de Alimentos/Bebidas

Gestión de procesos, Manejo y comprensión de data a nivel Objetivo y subjetivo, así como ejecución y control a fin de estas, Tableau, paquete microsoft office avanzado.

Manejo de agencias de ejecución, eventos, BTL

Manejo de herramientas:

Microsoft Office (excel Avanzado), SAP, TRAX

Inglés Avanzado, Mínimo B2+. Una parte de la entrevista se realizará en el idioma.
