Job Description Summary:
Providing financial leadership and strategic support to the commercial team of Taste Elevation Category (Soy, Chili, Adjacencies, & Innovation.), include profitability for Taste Elevation, Improve the control over leading indicators of sell-out.
Detail Job Description:

P&L Ownership for overall Taste Elevation assigned, thru driving profitability for each category: Linking the External performance (consumptions, frequency, penetration) to SISO, and P&L performance.

Lead AOP preparation/ Strat Plan (Budgeting) and focus on profitability growth as per total company's direction.

KPI/ Drivers Setting (with Category) and cascaded to related business partner.

Innovation Business Case review and sign-off.

Lead RGM execution for taste elevation, by looking for synergy between categories (related to price & pack), assure execution must be inline with the initial plan in terms of financial deliverables, understanding performance of each sub-category and trajectory, advice on relative pricing power by sub-cat considering brand equity and competition, optimizing PPA curve and pack strategy.

Business partner for sell-out monitoring with Taste Elevation team and as driver for execution together with Sales team.

Part of PODS member (finance lead).

Ad-hoc request for Commercial Performance for Taste Elevation.
Requirement:
-
Bachelor Degree, Accounting/ Finance, with CPA/ACCA certification is an advantage.

Min. 7 years’ of experience in commercial finance related area, in FMCG industry.

Good leadership, self confident, great communication skills & influencing.

Strong in numbers, strong analytical thinking, & data presentation.

Agile and excellent growth mindset.
