About the Role

Job Description

Objetivo:

Liderar la planificación colaborativa de la demanda y el reabastecimiento con clientes clave,

asegurando altos niveles de servicio, precisión en pronósticos y ejecución operativa. Actúa como

puente entre áreas internas (Supply, Ventas, Trade, Customer Service) y el cliente para garantizar

disponibilidad en punto de venta y eficiencia en la cadena de suministro.

Actividades:

· Ejecutar la estrategia comercial entre la empresa y los clientes, asegurando la correcta implementación de cambios de precios, lanzamientos, promociones y dispersión de productos en los sistemas de abasto.

· Participar activamente en la generación de pronósticos internos y colaborativos, utilizando herramientas como One Plan y SAP IBP, garantizando la alineación entre áreas y clientes.

· Ajustar el forecast de manera proactiva, considerando elasticidades promocionales, comportamiento histórico y variables comerciales que impacten la demanda.

· Medir y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño, incluyendo Instock, Nivel de Servicio, Forecast Accuracy, Excedentes, Faltantes, Días de Inventario (DOH) y Tiempo de Tránsito (DTT), asegurando acciones correctivas oportunas.

· Construir y mantener tableros de indicadores que permitan visibilidad clara y oportuna del desempeño operativo y comercial.

· Comunicar hallazgos, desviaciones y recomendaciones de forma periódica a stakeholders internos y externos, facilitando la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

· Coordinar de forma transversal con Supply, Customer Service, Trade Marketing y Ventas, para garantizar el abastecimiento oportuno y la ejecución comercial en punto de venta.

· Negociar y recuperar inventarios con base en la disponibilidad interna, minimizando impactos financieros y operativos.

· Asegurar visibilidad y alineación de RyO y Forecast tanto con los clientes como dentro de la organización, promoviendo transparencia y colaboración.

· Facilitar la detección de oportunidades y riesgos comerciales, anticipando impactos en venta o disponibilidad, y proponiendo soluciones efectivas.

· Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de mejora continua, enfocadas en elasticidades, safety stock, alcance de cobertura y niveles de servicio.

· Capacitar, desarrollar y profesionalizar al equipo CPFR, promoviendo la transferencia de conocimiento y mejores prácticas, incluso hacia cuentas sin recurso dedicado.

Competencias:

Experiencia en puesto similar o del ramo comercial (CPFR, Demand Planning o Supply Chain) 5 años

Consumo masivo (necesario)

Titulados en Administración, Ingeniería, Logística o afin.

Trato con clientes retailers

Ingles

Habilidades:

· Comunicación efectiva y persuasiva

· Negociación y manejo de conflictos

· Gestion de proyectos multifuncionales

· Análisis de datos para toma de decisiones

· Dominio de modelos de recuperación 30-60-90

· Mentalidad colaborativa y orientación al cliente

· Conocimiento de proceso S&OP, forecast colaborativo y análisis de elasticidades

· Presentaciones efectivas

· Liderazgo y Trabajo en equipo
