About the position
We’re looking for a creative, culture-obsessed Social Media & Content Specialist to join our in-house agency, The Kitchen — reporting to the Creative & Culture Hub Lead. You’ll help bring some of the world’s most iconic Kraft Heinz brands to life for Gen Z and other growth audiences with punchy, culture-first content across social platforms and beyond — wherever else the conversation’s happening.
You’ll buddy up with brand teams, learn the brands inside out, and dream up fresh ways to connect them to our audiences — think trend-led, snackable, scroll-stopping content. You’ll stay glued to the internet for the next big thing, spot emerging trends, and turn those trends into on-point social content.
You’ll work with strategy to make sure everything we post actually helps the brand meet its goals, and you’ll own the planning and day-to-day execution across our content channels. Basically, you’re the go-to for anything social, cultural, or content — always bringing fresh ideas, wild opportunities, and the latest trends to your brand team.

The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz’ In-House Culture First, Co-Creative agency. We use culture to connect our brands with our audience, fast.

In brief, you are responsible for:
Developing and implementing culture-first social content for Heinz Benelux to increase the brand's online presence, engage audiences, and drive marketing goals.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

Knowledge of creating, shooting and editing content: someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, as well as behind it is preferred!

Excellent Dutch language skills (speaking, reading and writing) are required.

Experience using generative AI tools in the content creation process, would be great.

Ability to think creative.

Knows how to create memes and design assets, using design software of choice.

Comfortable giving creative direction to content creators and production partners.

Experience managing and engaging with a social community for a large brand or successful personal account.
