What's on the menu?
- Serve as counsel, business partner, and advocate for the NA Procurement and US-based Agriculture and Sustainability Leadership Teams, employees, and business.
- Partner with global procurement and sustainability teams to drive global strategy and connectivity.
- Drive staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting all aspects of organizational design and change management.
- Lead talent management processes including Talent Calibrations, Leadership Planning, and Development Planning.
- Lead employee relations matters and people manager development and coaching in partnership with business managers.
- Handle People Budgets to deliver Annual Operating Plan financials.
- Implement HR Programs to cultivate an environment of continued learning and employee engagement.
- Act as liaison for engagement councils to drive engagement action planning and communications.
- Partner with COEs – TA, L&D, Compensation, Rewards, University Relations, Talent Management, Engagement, etc. to support your businesses needs and continue to improve our processes and programs.

- I have expereince in Human Resources with the demonstrated ability to influence key customers across all levels of the organization.
- I have a demonstrated track record of problem solving, simplifying the complex, and effectively leading change.
- I have excellent professional communication skills with the ability to impact a broad audience.
- I understand business fundamentals.
- I have a demonstrated ability to coach and develop people managers.
- I have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work consistently to established deadlines.
- I am adaptable – able to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- I have a solid understanding of MS Office Suite especially Excel with the ability to learn SharePoint and Workday.
