About the Role
Job Description
The FP&A internship aims to provide hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic FMCG environment. You will gain exposure to critical business processes, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to developing financial models and forecasts.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop analytical skills, understand key financial metrics, and participate in cross-functional projects that drive business performance. The internship is designed to prepare aspiring finance professionals for a successful career in the industry.
What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive FP&A calendar to communicate monthly deadlines and key deliverables to the finance team.

Ensure timely distribution and adherence to the calendar, facilitating smooth and efficient financial planning processes.

Enhance existing FP&A reports to drive deeper analytics and insights.

Help the Head of FP&A with training and education of the above reports to the broader organization.

Work closely with the Commercial Finance team to ensure forecasts are aligned with commercial strategies and reflect any significant changes in the business environment.

Support the FP&A team with financial analysis as needed.
What You Bring:

A recent or soon-to-get university degree in Finance or Business Administration

Curiosity and interest in working with numbers

Digital literacy (Microsoft Excel advanced user)
