Sr Change Management Manager at a glance…
The Senior Manager of Global Change Management – IT will be responsible for creating change management strategies specifically for global IT Organization that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement with change initiatives. This resource should be a strategic-minded collaborator that can partner with critical stakeholders to lead change initiatives in support of the IT’s strategic plan. They work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved.

Leverage the KraftHeinz Change Management Methodology to drive Change Management across our portfolio of projects and integrate change management activities across the project lifecycle phases, develop Change Management and Communication Plans, draft project communications, gain the appropriate approvals and effectively complete those plans.

Partner with Project Managers and Project Change Leads to ensure they are using our KHC Change Management Methodology, tools and templates and following our KraftHeinz Communication Standards appropriately.

Develop actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.

Reports to GBS Global Change Management leader on IT portfolio of projects, shares regular Change Management status and progress on projects, and calls out project issues and risks to as required.

Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

Act as a coach for Senior Leaders in helping them fulfill the role of Change Sponsor on project initiatives; ensure that Leadership is engaged in and accountable for the quality and delivery of well-defined Change Management Plans

I am Prosci Change Management Certified
-
I have managed other change managers
-
Advanced experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
-
Experience working in or closely with Information Technology strongly preferred.

Two or more years of experience managing large-scale cross-organizational transformation / change programs and a thorough understanding of change management processes

Ability to assess the impact of change on people in different levels of the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, with ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$115,000.00 – $143,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
