- Starting pay $24.14
- Once certified: $24.70
- Hourly union position

Work Schedule:
- Second Shift (2P – 10:30P) Monday – Friday, + $1.00 shift differential
- Ability to work all shifts as required by training needs
- Saturday and Sunday overtime days as needed
Plant Overview:
- Over 300 employees
- Holland Plant has been around since 1897
- Products produced: Sweet relish, Grey Poupon mustard, yellow mustard, vinegar, pickle variations, BBQ sauce
- Union Facility – Retail, Wholesale, and Department Store Union (RWDSU)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work in a safe manner, following all general safety rules of the plant. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Following PPE requirements
- Escalating safety defects and concerns to leads/supervisors
- Assure that we are always working to meet or exceed our quality standards. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Following GMP requirements
- Inspecting raw materials and finished goods
- Completing quality documentation
- Assisting in rework as assigned
- Escalating quality defects and concerns to leads/supervisors
- Responsible for the operation of the labelers in the facility to include but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Setting up equipment
- Changing over equipment
- Shutting down equipment
- Clearing jams
- Assisting with sanitation as required
- Troubleshoot equipment as necessary
- Support Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) at the operator level. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the following processes:
- Shift Hand Offs Meetings
- Level 1 Meetings
- Performance Boards
- Centerline Management (CLM)
- Clean to Inspect and Reapply Lubrication (CIL)
- 5S
- Defect Handling
- Start Up/Shut Down
- Changeovers
- Daily Problem Handling
- Work with support departments to improve line performance
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Perform any other duty as assigned by supervisor or lead person
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 – 100 pounds, requesting assistance as necessary.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee will be exposed during his/her job to high noise levels, chemicals, exposure to strong odors, fumes or airborne particles, constant stair climbing, and slippery floors.
Personal Protective Equipment: The employee is regularly required to wear company authorized safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, rubber boots, chemical protection and other personal protective equipment to successfully perform the functions of this job safely.
Qualifications:
- Upon hire will train to become Lock Out Tag Out certified and maintain qualification
- Must successfully pass on the job training and maintain operator qualification
