Summary
This role is responsible for the delivery of the supply plans for the assigned factories / copackers, consolidating and coordinating across sites where required, in order to meet the demand plan and achievement of operational and commercial targets for ANZ.
Responsibilities:

Ensuring manufactured stock is deployed appropriately across the Distribution Centres in the ANZ supply network

Ensuring the correct support for new product development is carried out.

Prioritise continuous improvement and development of people, tools & process, to support the demand requirements of the business now and into the future, in the most efficient manner.

Coach and educate supply planners to ensure an achievable supply plan for both finished goods and materials is created, agreed and achieved which delivers to forecast requirements.

Coach planners to ensure supply plans and processes are optimised to customer service, and minimal inventory holdings.

Coach planners to ensure planning parameters are optimised and adhered to, and feedback into commercial teams any products which are no longer viable for production.

Be the link between operations and the commercial team

Escalate challenges or concerns to the Supply managers and liaise with the team to ensure business requirements are met

Ensuring the right communication of the rolling firm horizon plans to factory scheduler

Perform analytical tasks to support the S&OP team
About you
-
People management background across multiple geographic locations, ideally experience managing an outsourced team, desirable.
-
JDA / Blue Yonder & BPCS experience.
-
Advanced planning and scheduling software experience ideally within FMCG and/ or manufacturing industries.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
-
Analytical approach to problem solving that incorporates business acumen.

Experience in developing stock build plans to manage site events (eg shutdowns), desirable
-
2 + years experience in Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)
-
Experienced as a member of a customer focused service delivery team.

Experienced in a high-volume manufacturing and/or distribution environment, ideally with an outsourced supply team

Experienced in project methodology and the management of projects.
