Global Manufacturing Trainee Program
Join the program growing the manufacturing leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment.
During the program, you’ll get:
- Hands-on onboarding and Commercial bootcamp
- Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)
- Support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Regular opportunities to build relationships and work closely with leadership
- Mentorship from people who have completed the GMT program before
- Learning opportunities to improve both soft and hard skills

Profile – Basic Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree from University, with minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00
- Will be graduating max. in August 2025 or graduated on or after 2024 from Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain are advantageous
- Ability and willingness to move across functional areas at the site
- Max. working experience: 2 years after graduation
- Fluent in English – oral and written
- Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
- Have strong leadership capabilities
