Job Description
IT Manager, EDI/B2B Services
As the IT Manager for EDI/B2B Services, you'll oversee support and projects for EDI/B2B in your assigned zone (North America, European Union, or Australia/New Zealand/Japan). You'll work with the Team Lead, other IT Managers, and other KHC and partners teams to ensure efficient service delivery, align with global strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead daily EDI/B2B operations, ensuring optimal system performance and security
– Manage and develop a team of IT professionals and contractors
– Implement global policies and best practices for regional EDI/B2B services
– Coordinate with global support teams to maintain efficient "follow-the-sun" support
– Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop aligned technical solutions
– Prioritize business demands with regional IT Capability Leads
– Facilitate stakeholder status update meetings
– Manage regional EDI/B2B projects from initiation to delivery
– Track and report on projects and metrics using ServiceNow
– Manage EDI/B2B service contracts, including negotiations and procurement processes
– Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards
– Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation
– Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
– Implement training programs to enhance teams’ capabilities
Requirements:
– Proven experience in managing B2B/EDI technologies and processes
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Proficiency in ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, business acumen
– Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
As IT Manager, you'll be crucial in ensuring seamless EDI/B2B operations and swift issue resolution in your region. You'll contribute significantly to our global B2B integration initiatives by managing stakeholders, resources, and trading partners effectively.
