About the Role
Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for an Export & Shipping Coordinator who will have overall responsibility for the export process to Africa and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and introducing the monthly export plan, providing visibility to agents, and uploading the SOD report.
- Handling discussions with Demand and Supply teams.
- Preparing the actual monthly export loading plan.
- Leading export communications with freight forwarders, customers, and affiliates.
- Leading the documents and loading team.
- Opening export purchase orders and monitoring their execution until the export process is complete.
- Handling pre-loading inspections for export and applying country-specific parameters.
- Handling internal communications with the Warehouse (WH) to arrange export shipments.
- Leading testing and sampling protocols for special orders with multiple inspection suppliers.
- Preparing and reporting all export tracking reports.
- Controlling costs for shipping rates with Global Shipping Forwarders (GSF) and customs brokers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of data analysis tools for tracking export metrics and performance
- Experience with trade compliance systems and automated documentation processes
