Job Description

Encargad@ de procesar los datos de nómina. Garantizar que los empleados reciban sus pagos de manera correcta y que se cumplan las leyes laborales y fiscales. 

Responsabilidades:
  • Procesar los datos de nómina de los empleados
  • Revisar, cuadrar y validar las nóminas
  • Gestionar las funciones de contabilidad de nóminas
  • Calcular y procesar con precisión las nóminas de los clientes, incluidos impuestos, beneficios para empleados, embargos, licencias por enfermedad y otras deducciones de nómina.
  • Mantener registros de nómina y garantizar que todos los datos se ingresen en el sistema de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Garantizar que siempre se mantenga el compliance legal
  • Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente aclarando dudas relacionadas con la nómina y resolviendo cualquier problema de manera oportuna y eficiente.
  • Mantener registros precisos y redactar informes de nómina.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones de nómina y comunicar cualquier cambio a los clientes.

Habilidades y conocimientos 

  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas
  • Atención al detalle
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia de los sistemas de nómina semanal y quincenal
  • Conocimiento de las técnicas de análisis de datos
  • Comprensión básica de las regulaciones de nómina y las leyes fiscales
  • SAP avanzado
  • Excel avanzado
  • Inglés intermedio

    Formación 

    • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado
