About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a HR Business Partner to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. HR Business Partner lies within the People & Performance team and is based in our Susurluk factory. You’ll be working in a high-performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into HR Manager – Operations in Turkey.
This is a maternity cover role where you will be responsible for

Partner with leaders, managers, and teams to deliver HR plans, programs, and processes

Demonstrate strong advisory and solution development capabilities across various HR disciplines such as culture & engagement, organizational design, talent management, and development

Drive the future talent landscape by conducting talent reviews, building succession plans, and partnering with leaders to customize development plans for key talents

Collaborate with business units and the broader HR community to design and implement HR and business programs and initiatives

Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for operations teams — including partnering with managers to develop job descriptions, posting vacancies on internal and external platforms, managing referrals, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection

Analyze industry developments, emerging trends, and talent movements in the market to support strategic workforce planning

Support the organization’s diversity and inclusion agenda through proactive initiatives

Lead social compliance audit processes and ensure all requirements are met

Plan and monitor HR processes related to KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System)

Develop and track annual training calendars for operations teams

Oversee suggestion and grievance management processes within operations teams

Plan and follow up on internal communication processes for hourly employees

Manage internal HR processes related to third-party/contractor workers

Execute additional tasks assigned by the manager to ensure continuity and efficiency of team operations

Lead the execution of engagement plans and surveys, and take ownership of related analysis
Experiences and Competencies
-
Minimum 2 years of HR Business Partner experience, in an international environment; FMCG experience is a plus

Strong communication skills, relationship building and team player
-
Ability to coach and advise stakeholders
-
Experience in dealing with different cultures, adaptability and flexibility
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
