Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Dedicated Fleet Transportation is directly responsible for managing overall day-to-day operations, KPI tracking, and fleet optimization across all of Kraft Heinz’s contracted dedicated fleets. This person also completes key business reporting for the overall transportation team, as well as the greater operations group daily. This person must work effectively and cooperatively across CS&L and external service providers, to ensure timely pick-up/delivery of all shipments within Kraft Heinz Company's varied North American network.

Primary Responsibilities
- Track individual key performance metrics related to carrier’s service and network optimization. Actively participate in weekly KPI meetings with carriers to discuss networks, cost, and service. Build relationships with carrier partners to drive collaboration and performance.
- Cross-Functional working: Assist Sr. Manager in all facets of the dedicated fleet space. Collaborate with Region Transportation Managers to understand drivers of performance and assist in building action plans to solve when performance is low or plan to replicate best practices when performance is high. Financial forecasting and updating productivity reporting tools monthly to ensure a seamless financial view. Prepare transportation results for MPR reviews and Sr. Leadership. Partner with the Global Analytics team to optimize dedicated fleet analytical tools and establish best practices.
- Run various reporting used cross-functionally, including, but not limited to, the weekly and monthly auction reports, weekly dedicated service report, weekly dedicated load acceptance report, weekly accessorials totals, weekly FourKites report, and monthly accruals reporting.
- Interact with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners on day to day operations to resolve service and capacity issues while escalating to management as needed. Oversee application of all carrier performance management programs and provide documentation, information, and recommendations as necessary to exceed service goals.
- Assist dedicated carriers with the investigation and resolution of operational issues at customer warehouses and /or Kraft Heinz Company facilities through collaboration with Customer Service and/or Site Transportation Planners and Plant Management.
- Invoice Processing; Data entry to Loads Database, IPay approvals, SRM

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 2-4 years’ work or education in logistics, demand planning/forecasting, supply planning, or supply chain related areas
- Efficiency in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office and TMS applications required
- Experience with managing a dedicated fleet is a plus

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$83,400.00 – $104,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
