About the position
We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor student who is interested in making a difference in our Transportation Hub Europe (T-Hub EU) team at Kraft Heinz.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the T-Hub EU team with day-to-day activities such as updating the systems to make sure the suppliers and Kraft Heinz can collaborate effectively.
- Updating reports related to costs related to all international Freight-to-Warehouse (FTW) shipments within Western European region, Poland and Czech Republic.
- Cooperating with many different stakeholders within Kraft Heinz, such as marketing, logistics, demand & supply planners, finance and many more in exciting projects and initiatives.
- Analyzing data sets in Excel to make sure all shipments from Kraft Heinz factories are met by the current contractual agreements with suppliers.
- Participate in projects initiated by the T-Hub EU department that will force you to be creative and come up with solutions to problems the business is facing. New initiatives on projects are always welcomed as well. Many more activities that give you valuable work experience and real responsibility during your 6-month internship!
Scope
The T-Hub EU team is responsible for all international Freight-To-Warehouse (FTW) shipments within the Western European region, Poland and Czech Republic. Our main purpose is to ensure that the Kraft Heinz products are being delivered on time in the right locations, while keeping a close eye at the costs. You will be working alongside our team in Amsterdam and will be in contact with our execution team in India as well as with several internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- You are enrolled at a European university or HBO (University of applied sciences) during at least 50% of the duration of the internship. You are at the end of your Bachelor degree: Preferably in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, however, other backgrounds are also acceptable.
- You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- You are eager to learn, analytical, a problem solver and a good communicator (you will be working with various stakeholders).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using formulas, pivot tables, graphs based on pivot tables), any Process Macros would be a big advantage.

What we offer you
Program start date: September 2025
Duration: 6 months (Full-time – 40 hours a week)
Location: Amsterdam.
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days), a company provided laptop, full reimbursement of travel expenses to the office, as well as reimbursement to improve your work from home environment.
