Associate Manager, IT Field Services at a Glance….
The Associate Manager, IT Field Services will primarily provide IT support for VIP and Administrators. This support also includes AV equipment, Events and Town Halls (occasionally offsite), Field Support, and handling of all tickets that have been submitted. This position will report into the Group IT Lead.

- Support of IT tools/hardware and software for VIPs and Admins
- Support PCs, mobile devices, conference rooms
- Engage with IT multidisciplinary teams
- Ticket handling in KHC ITSM tool
- Achieve KPIs such as SLAs, CSAT, Aging ticket index
- Follow rituals and routines

- Must have experience with Service Desk/Tier 0, I, II support for laptops, phones, MAC, OSX, and MSoffice365
- Experience with VIP/Executive support, AV equipment and support, and MS TEAMS room system
- Strong experience with the set-up of Town Hall meetings and VIP events
- Technical skills should include: ITIL, Imaging/MDM, A+, NET +, CCNA, Security+ (or other preferred certification)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with information
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Quality Orientation – Attention to detail
- Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments
- Teamwork/Collaboration – Working effectively with those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 – $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
