About the Role:
The Manager – P&P (People & Performance) – WEEM Operations will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives and special projects across the dynamic and rapidly growing West & East Emerging Markets (WEEM) zone. This role will act as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for People initiatives within the Supply Chain organization, spanning 8 diverse clusters: Brazil, Mexico, Hispanics, Russia, Middle East & Africa, Turkey, Poland, and Eastern Europe.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, analytical acumen, and a collaborative mindset to partner with key stakeholders across the region. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
3-year Roadmap & Project Management:
– Lead and manage special projects in collaboration with Project Teams and Plant HR Teams across the WEEM zone.
– Ensure timely execution and delivery of key initiatives, aligning with business priorities.
Talent Cycle Execution:
– Support the execution of the Talent Cycle, including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
– Partner with HR teams to ensure alignment with global talent strategies.
Functional Capabilities Development Design:
– Design and support implementation of functional and WEEM-wide capability-building programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Procurement Community Engagement:
– Lead and drive the Procurement Community development plan, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the WEEM zone.
KHMS PLD Liaison for WEEM:
– Serve as the primary liaison for Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and People Leadership Development (PLD) initiatives within WEEM.
– Ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
GMT Liaison for WEEM:
– Act as the point of contact for Global Manufacturing Teams (GMT) within the WEEM zone, ensuring seamless communication and alignment and a stronger sense of cohort and engagement for this young talent poo;
Monthly MPR Reporting & Analytics:
– Prepare and deliver Monthly Performance Review (MPR) reports with actionable insights.
– Leverage data analytics to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
– Proven experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, or a related HR role.
– Strong project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
- Technical Skills:
– Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
– Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
– Strong influencing and assertiveness skills to drive alignment and decision-making.
– Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
