Job Description

As the Lead, Supply Chain, you will own and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for TKHNC. From manufacturing, planning to logistics, procurement, and quality — you’ll ensure our plant-based portfolio delivers with excellence, agility, and efficiency to fulffil our commercial plans. This role sits on the TKHNC leadership team and plays a critical role in scaling our platform while shaping the future of our operating model.

You’ll manage a team of 2–3 direct reports and partner closely with shared service functions across Kraft Heinz and NotCo. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role — ideal for a hands-on supply chain leader ready to build, improve, and deliver in a fast-paced and collaborative joint venture environment.

What's on the menu:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute TKHNC’s end-to-end supply chain strategy across six plant-based categories and 28 SKUs (Mac & Cheese, Cream Cheese, Meat – Burger & Chicken, Mayo, Links, and Cheese).
  • Serve as a key member of the TKHNC leadership team — shaping strategic decisions and translating them into scalable plans
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team across planning, procurement and quality.

Operations & Execution

  • Manage robust, multi-partner network of 10+ co-manufacturers, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, quality and service-level excellence and development
  • Own production and supply planning, balancing inventory levels (finished good and raw & pack), service, and working capital.
  • Lead and continuously improve the S&OP process, targeting 95% forecast accuracy and best-in-class customer fill rates.
  • Manage ~$8M/year in COGS spend and optimize cost through sourcing, value engineering, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure logistics performance through close collaboration with Kraft Heinz and 3PL partners — delivering consistent OTIF results.
  • Champion quality standards and food safety compliance across all categories and manufacturing sites.
  • Support NPD commercialization by ensuring supply chain readiness and impeccable delivery
  • Design and improve core supply chain processes, tools, and KPIs to unlock operational efficiency.
  • Identify and close structural gaps in the operating model, working toward scalable solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to align demand, supply, and financial goals.
  • Navigate the hybrid operating model: manage interfaces with shared Kraft Heinz/NotCo supply chain resources while ensuring the JV receives dedicated support.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability across all supply chain partners and internal teams.

Recipe for Success:

  • 10+ years of experience in CPG supply chain roles, with exposure to planning, production, procurement, and/or logistics, start-up experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or other related fields.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication (written/verbal) and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to translate business expectations into supply chain solutions.
  • Possess strong planning, project management, and execution skills. Experience with Marketing/Finance principles is a plus
  • Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to build from scratch — thrive in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and unstructured systems.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills — equally comfortable zooming into the detail or stepping back to set direction.
  • Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, grounded in ownership, bias for action and a desire to always improve.
  • Deep knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP best practices.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.
