Job Description
Business Analyst – Supply Planning (1–2 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for Production planning ,finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives
– Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+
– Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results
– Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
– Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs
– Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring optimal production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver service, cost, and efficiency objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production planning and finite scheduling in close coordination with the plant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished goods.
• Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels, proactively identify risks to Case Fill Rate (CFR), conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to maintain CFR at 98% or higher.
• Proactively highlight supply-related issues and collaborate with Business Units, Demand Planning, Plant Operations, and Logistics teams to drive resolutions and ensure operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, cost reduction, and overall supply chain optimization.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including listing, delisting, and withdrawals in partnership with Marketing, ensuring minimal write-offs.
• Take ownership of high-priority escalations from key customers and drive swift resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience in the FMCG/CPG sector.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
