We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Consumer Insights Lead to partner with Marketing and cross‑functional teams for a platform of brands. This role will shape consumer strategy and drive growth by translating consumer and market data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform brand positioning, targeting, renovation and innovation decisions, and communication effectiveness.

-
Influential: Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
-
Impactful: Turn findings into clear “so‑what / now‑what” recommendations that drive commercial outcomes.
-
Ownership & Agility: Operate with entrepreneurial thinking—design scalable approaches without relying on off‑the‑shelf solutions.
-
Flexible: Manage ambiguity, pivot priorities, and deliver under changing business needs.
-
Clear Communicator: Present concise, persuasive insights and stories that generate empathy and alignment.
-
Self‑Starter: Manage multiple workstreams, set priorities and implement plans.
-
Analytical: Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, recognize patterns and advise brand actions.
-
Collaborative: Work effectively with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑paced environment.
-
People Leader: Coach, develop and grow a high‑performing insights team.
-
Curious & Action‑Oriented: Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a focus on tangible business impact.
Key responsibilities
-
Serve as the primary strategic insights partner for a platform of brands and related marketing capabilities (e.g., creative development, innovation/capabilities, and partnerships/entertainment).
-
Lead development and execution of the platform learning agenda and annual research roadmap.
-
Design, oversee and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research programs; integrate syndicated, primary and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
-
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand strategy, consumer targeting, renovation and NPI decisions, and communication evaluation.
-
Own recurring “special topics” and trend reporting (e.g., demographic cohorts, cultural trends) and present implications to leadership.
-
Build scalable frameworks, templates and processes to support multiple brands while enabling bespoke research when needed.
-
Manage external research vendors, budgets and vendor selection; decide when to outsource versus build internally.
-
Lead a small team: hire, mentor and develop direct reports; delegate workstreams and ensure high‑quality delivery.
-
