Job Description
Overview of the Position:
We are seeking an experienced supply chain leader to drive the digital transformation of our WEEM zone.
As the Head of Supply Chain Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to leverage digital technologies, data analytics, and process innovation to optimize our supply chain performance, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain planning process (demand, supply, transportation, customer management etc.), excellent analytical skills, and experience with planning solutions (O9, OMP, OTM, etc). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and end users, to ensure a smooth implementation, a strong adoption and a real transformation of the ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Transformation Strategy: Create a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for the supply chain in WEEM, aligned with the company's overall business strategy.

Process Optimization: Analyse and redesign supply chain processes to take advantage of digital technologies and improve overall efficiency, agility and responsiveness.

Training, support and Change Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

Drive adoption in the different countries: make sure the digital solution are fully implemented, adopted and continuously improved

Data-Driven Decision Making: Evaluate models and algorithms giving feedback to improve system results. Develop and implement data analytics capabilities to provide insights and drive decision-making across the supply chain organization.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate the digital transformation vision and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders in the zone
Key Requirements:

7+ years of experience in supply chain management with at least 4 years in leadership roles, preferably in demand and supply planning

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Strong business acumen and understanding of demand/supply planning processes

Proven experience with o9 Solutions, specifically in demand planning and forecasting

Change Management: experience with change management principles and practices, with the ability to drive transformation.
