About the Role
Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator who supports the development, commercialization, and maintenance of compliant food products by assisting with regulatory reviews, scientific research, and documentation activities.
Responsibilities

Maintain and organize regulatory database, dossiers, and compliance records

Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of regulatory documentation (ex. product specification, ingredient line, nutrition fact, label claims, and other label information)

Conduct preliminary regulatory assessments for new ingredients, additives, processing aids under supervision
-
Assist in artwork review by verifying the label information of allergen declarations, ingredient lists, and nutrition, etc.

Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks

Collaborate with cross functional teams like R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Legal to finalize the compliance projects in a timely manner
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Food Science
-
0 -1 years of experience

Fluent in English & Arabic

Basic understanding of food regulations and standards

Introductory knowledge of food additive regulation

Some familiarity of label declarations

Detail Oriented
-
Clear written communication and effective verbal communication

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
