About the Role
Job Description
The Commercial Finance Manager (QSR & South Africa) owns the Cluster P&L and helps the business make strong commercial decisions to deliver budget. The role leads key finance routines (performance reviews, forecast/commit cycles, and budget sign-off), turns data into clear insights, and drives projects that improve growth. This role is a close business partner to the QSR & South African Commercial team and represents Finance with external partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the Cluster P&L and drive the right commercial decisions to ensure budget delivery
- Lead the drumbeat on critical commercial routines (e.g., Performance Review, Commercial Commitment, Commercial budget sign-off)
- Analyze and provide insights into the performance and execution of commercial strategies
- Lead projects to drive commercial growth initiatives and continuous improvement of our routines (e.g., execution of pricing strategy, trade investment/ promo planning and optimization)
- Be the Business Partner to the MEA Commercial team for your Cluster
- Be the Finance face to our external partners for your Cluster
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Work experience of 1-3 years in an international, fast-paced business, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Experience managing a P&L and supporting budget delivery.
- Experience with monthly finance routines (performance, forecast/commit, budget sign-off).
- Strong skills in turning data into clear insights (Excel + dashboards/BI).
- Experience leading projects in pricing, promotions, or trade investment with clear results.
- Strong partnering skills with commercial teams and external partners.
